Most of cooking ingredients and equipment are included.
The session will be run at Hayling Island Community Centre, on Sunday 20th Nov. from 11 am to 1 pm in time for lunch.
During the two hours cooking session, I will demonstrate how to make Chinese dumplings (Jiao Zi) step by step, and how to fold Jiao Zi with you whilst answering your questions and teaching you two ways to cook them as well. Takeaway boxes provided to take food home.
2 hours in total.
3/4 of the session will be making/cooking Jiao Zi, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations. Tea or Coffee will be provided.
I can only accommodate 12 people at each session, so booking will be on a first come first served basis.
