All cooking ingredients and equipment are included. So, no shopping and cleaning for you.
The session will be run at Hayling Island Community Centre, from 6PM to 8PM or message to arrange a better time to suit.
During the lesson, I will demonstrate how to make the Rice Pudding step by step with you whilst answering your questions. Takeaway boxes provided to take food home if you didn't eat them all.
1:30- 2 hours in total.
3/4 of the session will be making/cooking the Rice Pudding, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations. Tea or Coffee will be provided.
I can only accommodate 10 people at each session, so booking will be on a first come first served basis.

This traditional dish is made with sticky rice and adorned with eight “treasures”—a variety of seeds, nuts and fruits like plums, dates and raisins. Eight is a lucky number in Chinese culture, and eating this desserts represents sweetness for the year ahead.
