All cooking ingredients are included. So, no shopping for you. 

The session will be run at Hayling Island Community Centre, on Friday 20th March from 12 to 2PM.

During the two hours cooking session, I will demonstrate how to make baked Bao Buns (叉烧包) step by step, whilst answering your questions and teaching you ways to cook them as well. 

Duration 

2 hours in total. 

3/4 of the session will be making/cooking Bao Buns, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations. Tea or Coffee will be provided. 

Class Size 

I can only accommodate 10 people at each session, so booking will be on a first come first served basis. 

Suitability 

This class is perfect for all levels of experience. Whether you consider yourself an experienced chef or a total beginner, we’re here to help you become more confident in your skills! 

Dietary 

The menu for this class contains allergens such as soy, and egg. Please contact us if you have any allergies and we will try our best to provide alternative recipes/ingredients. 

This menu also contains other allergens such as gluten, but it will not be possible to adapt the recipe.
